AI Architect Circle is Rohit Bhardwaj’s learning community for software developers and architects. This notice explains the information used to provide the website, free member resources, and the AI Architecture Brief.

Your account and free resources

When you register, Wix handles your sign-in credentials and account information. Your email address and member profile are used to recognize your account and provide access to the PDF worksheets. Essential session technology keeps you signed in and helps protect member resources. Your password is not requested in a contact form.

The AI Architecture Brief

You can subscribe through a signup form or the newsletter preference in your account. The choice is stated explicitly and is not selected for you. We use your email address to send the Brief and occasional updates about resources and live sessions. You can unsubscribe through an email’s unsubscribe link or, if you have a member account, through your account preference.

Newsletter subscription is optional. Unsubscribing does not remove your free member access. Subscribing through the public newsletter form does not, by itself, create a member account.

Questions and inquiries

The contact form collects the name, email address, topic, and message you provide. These details are used to review and respond to your inquiry. The optional newsletter checkbox is separate from sending a message. Please leave out passwords, confidential business information, and other information that is not needed to discuss your question.

Services used by this site

Wix hosts the site and provides account, content, forms, contact, and email subscription services. Live-session registration opens Zoom, which handles event registration under its own privacy terms. Book links open Amazon or O’Reilly. LinkedIn and YouTube links open their respective services.

On the Live page, video thumbnails are served by YouTube. Choosing a lesson opens YouTube in a new tab, where YouTube’s privacy terms apply.

Your choices

You can read the public articles without creating an account, choose whether to receive the newsletter, and ask about your information using the contact form. Use the same account email when requesting access, correction, or deletion so the request can be verified. Some records may need to be retained for security, service administration, or applicable obligations.

Changes to this notice

This notice will be updated when the way the site operates changes. The date above identifies the current version.
